Eclesia International

Eclesia International is a GCM outreach, uniquely positioned to reach out to Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Taoists, atheists, and agnostics from over 60 different nations!

In 2006, God strategically lined up David and Erin with GCM to launch an outreach to this population of students. They moved to Romania in 2008 modestly hoping to start a Bible study of a few students within the first year; however, after three months they had thirty students meeting regularly for worship and study of the Word. Thus a church was born, Eclesia International.

After more than a decade EIC continues to see students come to hear the Gospel, to find welcome into the community and then go out when they complete their studies. The GCM team that lives and serves in Iasi are responsible for shepherding the church, reaching out into the international community with the Gospel, and meeting the needs of students who are far from home.

Our Role

GCM continues to oversee and support the mission team who lead and shepherd the church of 20-40 members (depending on the time of year.)
